  • Bryner - Hi Carrie,

I have been trying the SANE diet for the past five months, following the “Fit” profile in Jonathan Bailor’s book. However, I have not lost a single inch of belly, Nor a pound of weight. I seem to be steadily getting fatter, and am not able to fit into certain of my favourite clothing. Do you have any advice for me? I saw your success story, and am wondering why it doesn’t work for me.

    Thank you very much.ReplyCancel
